 The on premise System was Not a cloud based. This made accessing real time information challenging for an expanding business.

  • Working with a time consuming process of manual data entry - using job cards to record work done for clients.

  • A problem with larger or more complex jobs meant that some tasks may not be recorded and therefore not billed to the client, and so a loss of revenue to the company.

  • This system was very labour intensive and occupied much of the accounts department and the field operations manager.

  • System was reactionary and a drain on teams time to process and police the analogue system successfully.

  • The lack of real time information made it harder to gain visibility on outstanding accounts for their hundreds of clients.

The solution: Sage Financials + Krow Software

Glic Tech worked closely with Domestic & General on:

  • Integrating Krow Software to their Sage Financials Implementation. This meant that the 2 apps now communicate effectively with each other to remove the repetition and redundancy of the manual entry process.

  • Krow meant that the nature and the cost of each individual job was better captured an priced accordingly.

  • Creating a more robust system and better relationship between their key business apps, they now have the ability to feasibly define streamlined business processes.

  • Each project now has a lifecycle resulting in billing so it now has reduced the risk of human error and loss of revenue through clients not being billed.
